    It can be frustrating to receive calls on a payment due, especially when a hardship has hit your household. We want the calls to stop, too, especially if the calls are not warranted. We’ve done our due diligence to scrub our list and ensure right contact, but sometimes information doesn’t match, your situation has changed, there was a breakdown in communications from the onset or you simply want to pay in full.   • Issue with Credit Bureau Report:

    Is a company claiming money you believe you don’t owe and it’s showing up on your credit report? The good news is, whether that company is an Omega-RMS client or not, we can help. Give us a call and we’ll help you sort it out.

  • You Have the Wrong Person:

    Have you received a letter or a call on a debt that you do not owe? If we’re trying to contact the wrong person, we want to know about it so we can update our list and stop the calls. Please contact us with this information so we can update our files as soon as possible.

  • I Need a Confirmation Letter:
